I use a buy, fix, rent, and hold strategy. I own three residential properties, and am seeking at least two more single-family or plex properties to purchase this winter. I will also be obtaining my realtor's license in 2013.
Long-term plans call for using investor funds to create an expanded portfolio, as well as rolling our accumulated equity into one or more large multi-family properties.
The work has been good to me. I really enjoy making the deal, improving properties, and providing a good home to good people. All of my skills and knowledge are called on, and I am constantly learning. This is the first time in my career that the thought of doing this 10 years from now, excites rather than depresses me. I love that!
