HIGHLAND HEART RESTORED

Picture
This was a homepath home we purchased in May 2012.  It is very well built, has great natural light, a big backyard, and is in a lovely Beaverton neighborhood.  They love me, they love me not was the story of this house until we put some love (and paint and a lot of new stuff) back into it.

It rented the first day on the market at top rental rate for the area.

CEDAR MILL MODERN

Picture
We snagged this short sale the day it hit the market. Under the high ick factor was a really cool and solidly-build modern floor plan with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.  It sits on a very quiet street with a private backyard, yet Highway 26, Nike, and shopping are within a 1-mile radius.

New paint, floors, kitchen, bathroom, and landscape upgrade later, make it a comfy new home for our tenant's family.
